Application by the respondents Village of Freeport, William R. Luikart, Paul F. Jurgens, Police Officer Hall, and John Does 1-5, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 1, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
