DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to direct the respondents to provide her with copies of certain hearing transcripts that are not in minuscript form on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 19, 2012, or for leave to omit the hearing transcripts from the supplemental record, and to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2014, which directed her to serve and file a supplemental record, containing, inter alia, the hearing transcripts on or before June 6, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2014, is granted, and on or before September 29, 2014, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the hearing transcripts, Exhibits A, B, C, and E annexed to the petition, Exhibits A through D annexed to the Hecht affirmation in support of the petition, page 2 of the affirmation of Stephanie Duff-O'Bryan dated May 30, 2012, and page 2 of the affirmation of Gail M. Mulligan dated June 20, 2012; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 29, 2014, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
