ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated August 12, 2014, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 15, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 2, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "September 12, 2014."
