Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion which was for leave to serve and file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 4, 2009, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 2, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
