Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from an order and decrees of the Genesee County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on May 5, 2014 (appeal No. 1), and June 4, 2014 (appeal Nos. 2 and 3),

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Paul G. Joyce, Esq., sworn to July 18, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals from the order and decrees entered May 5, 2014, and June 4, 2014, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
