It is Ordered that respondent-appellant's motion is granted, only to the extent of staying enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction, on condition that respondent-appellant perfects her appeal by no later than the December 2014 term- the filing deadline is October 7, 2014. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, petitioner-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
