pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the Rules of the

Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the Rules of

the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.

ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Upon reading and filing the petition of Andrew Phillip Glikin-Gusinsky, an attorney of the State of New Jersey, verified on the 3rd day of July, 2014, and the affidavits and exhibits annexed thereto, it is

ORDERED that the petition is granted and that upon taking and subscribing the constitutional oath of office as prescribed by law, Andrew Phillip Glikin-Gusinsky is admitted to practice pro hac vice pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the rules of the Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the rules of this court, as an attorney and counselor-at-law on behalf of the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County, Inc., in all matters in which it has an interest, in all Courts of this State, from the date of taking and subscribing the oath to and including February 21, 2016, or upon termination of his employment as an attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County, Inc., whichever occurs first; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County, Inc., shall file an annual report pursuant to § 690.3(e) of the rules of this court concerning Andrew Phillip Glikin-Gusinsky, and the legal services in which he was engaged in the preceding year.
