| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 2, 2014, and to waive the certification requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appendix on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is waive the certification requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appendix on appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as academic as the appeal was timely perfected on June 19, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 22, 2014, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
