Appeal by Kimrenee C. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 5, 2013. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Michelle Langone, Esq., dated August 13, 2014, it is

ORDERED that Bartholomew A. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) Bartholomew A. is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) Bartholomew A. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact Bartholomew A., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
