In the Matter of Kishshana Olivia Palmer-

Teele, appellant, v Terrence A. Teele, respondent.

(Docket No. F-3650-13/13A)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Kishshana Olivia Palmer-Teele from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 17, 2013. By scheduling order dated June 26, 2014, the appellant was directed to either perfect the appeal, or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeal on or before July 25, 2014. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal or submit the affidavit or affirmation.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules and prior order of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]; 670.8[e]).
