DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 10, 2013, and a judgment of the same court entered May 6, 2014, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before September 24, 2014, the appellant, if she be so advised, may consolidate the appeals by serving and filing a supplemental record containing the judgment entered May 6, 2014, the notice of appeal from that judgment, and an affirmation from the appellant's attorney stating that the issues to be raised on the appeal from the judgment are limited to the issues raised in the brief filed on the appeal from the order entered July 10, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the order entered July 10, 2013, is enlarged until October 8, 2014, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
