DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 22, 2013, and May 19, 2014, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered June 18, 2014, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to consolidate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated October 22, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the judgment is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated October 22, 2013, is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until September 26, 2014, and the record or appendix on that appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
