On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 21, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the attorney for the subject children to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 16, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
