| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Bethany Danielle Drucker for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Drucker was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 13, 2002. By decision and order on application of this Court dated October 15, 2013, Ms. Drucker was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law §§ 90(2) and 468-a.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Bethany Danielle Drucker is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Bethany Danielle Drucker to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
