In the Matter of Gabrielle Karr, appellant,

v Marc Allen Black, et al., respondents.

(Docket Nos. V-3326-14, V-3327-14)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Gabrielle Karr from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 5, 2014. By scheduling order dated June 11, 2014, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until July 14, 2014. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.

DILLON, J.P., BALKIN, LEVENTHAL and MILLER, JJ., concur.
