| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by John M. Bigler for leave to reargue a disciplinary proceeding against him based upon a verified petition dated October 12, 2010, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated March 26, 2014. Mr. Bigler was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 16, 1977, under the name John Martin Bigler. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 26, 2014, Mr. Bigler was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing April 25, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, that leave to reargue is granted, and upon reargument, the Court adheres to the prior determination in the opinion and order dated March 26, 2014.
