| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Michelle M. Simms-Parris for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 15, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to reargue and for reconsideration of, inter alia, her prior motion to vacate an opinion and order of this Court dated October 16, 2013. Ms. Simms-Parris was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 12, 2001. By the opinion and order dated October 16, 2013, Ms. Simms-Parris was reciprocally disbarred, in this State based upon the discipline imposed upon her in the State of New Jersey, and her name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
