ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated August 19, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 25, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 16, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "September 19, 2014."
