It is ordered that, on the Court's own initiative, our order of August 7, 2014, which vacated the stay of enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction previously issued in our June 19, 2014 order, is hereby recalled and vacated, on condition that respondent-appellant: 1 - pay petitioner $929.79, representing use and occupancy for July 2014, on or before September 12, 2014, and 2 - pay petitioner accruing use and occupancy in the monthly rental amount reserved in the most recent lease agreement between petitioner and the tenant of record, on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. This Court's August 15, 2014 order remains in full force and effect.
