Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 31, 2013, and September 30, 2013, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Emilio Colaiacovo, Esq., sworn to August 4, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, the dismissal of the appeal taken from the order entered July 31, 2013, is vacated, and appellant shall file the original and ten copies of the stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before October 17, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
