Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Lotfi Belkhir sworn to July 14, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Leonard A. Rosner, Esq., dated July 23, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 25, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 25, 2014, and inserting in its place the date October 24, 2014.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted regarding this Court's stay of enforcement of Supreme Court's Order of Contempt & Arrest entered May 30, 2014.
