Plaintiffs-respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve briefs on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on September 17, 2013, and having moved to consolidate said appeals and file a single oversized, if necessary, respondents' brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael J. Hutter, Esq., sworn to July 10, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve respondents' briefs on the condition that the briefs are filed and served on or before September 25, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before October 10, 2014, and
