Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated February 10, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Second District entered January 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is hereby enlarged and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before October 1, 2014.
