Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 23, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant shall have visitation with the subject child in accordance with the third paragraph of the so-ordered stipulation dated March 19, 2013, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
