ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 25, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 2, 2013, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the name "Erich Paul Weiss," and substituting therefor the name "Erich Paul Wise."
