ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondents in Appeal No. 1 and the respondents-appellants in Appeal No. 2 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2013, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 25, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 5, 2014, and the applicants' answering brief, including their points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's reply brief and the brief of the respondent Beth Jacob Day School in response to the cross appeal, if any, must be served and filed on or before October 10, 2014.
