ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 21, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 2014, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the date "August 15, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "August 5, 2014."
