It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal filed and served on April 29, 2011 shall also be treated as a valid instrument as to the judgment rendered April 15, 2011 under indictment number 2010-0362 pursuant to CPL 460.10(6) (KA 14-01527).
