Motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to file a replacement brief on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated October 22, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent-appellant may serve and file a replacement brief on or before September 24, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time for the petitioners-respondents and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeals is enlarged until October 24, 2014, and the briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
