Separate motions by Keyspan Gas East Corporation and the County of Nassau and the Nassau County Board of Assessors, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this court, entitled "In the Matter of the Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - June 2014 Calendar," dated June 27, 2014, as dismissed appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 29, 2013, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(e) for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellants making a motion for this relief.
