DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Dolores F. pro se, inter alia, to direct that she have immediate visitation with the subject child Melanie K. pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated May 12, 2014, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel are denied, with leave to renew on or before September 19, 2014, upon proper papers, including an affidavit from Dolores F. setting forth her full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses, and including a copy of her last income tax return; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
