Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to enjoin the respondent from commencing or prosecuting any action or proceeding in Virginia regarding custody of or visitation with the subject child pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 16, 2013.
