DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Kimberly Ann Hartman, an attorney in good standing in the State of Illinois, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondent-appellant Delta General Contracting & Management Corp. on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 6, 2014. Application by respondent-appellant Delta General Contracting & Management Corp. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until November 5, 2014, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal and cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective answering briefs, including their points of argument on their cross appeals, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
