B. to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 22, 2014, which dismissed appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, all dated March 14, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 22, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
