Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all rendered May 13, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 28, 2014, and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
