| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved of the assignment on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 13, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as the attorney for the child on the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of attorney for the child to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until October 10, 2014, and the brief of attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date.
