Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Allyson B. Levine, Esq., dated August 15, 2014, the affirmation of Mark C. Davison, Esq., dated August 19, 2014, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the respondent's brief of petitioner-respondent is filed and served on or before September 17, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-appellant's cross motion is granted on the condition that respondent-appellant's reply brief is filed and served on or before October 17, 2014.
