| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 27, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 3, 2014, and the respondents-appellants' brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a supplemental joint record containing their notice of cross appeal, on or before October 3, 2014.
