Motion by the appellants to stay the pretrial proceedings, jury selection, and trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 4, 2013, and an interlocutory judgment of the same court dated February 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the pretrial proceedings, jury selection, and trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
