| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Town of Ramapo, Town Board, and Town of Ramapo and separate motion by the respondent Scenic Development, LLC, to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 8, 2013, on the ground that the record is inadequate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until October 14, 2014, and the respondents' briefs, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
