Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 24, 2014, as directed him to serve and file a replacement record and a replacement brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 15, 2013 (two orders), and August 28, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file the replacement record and brief is extended until October 14, 2014.
