| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 5, 2010, and for the assignment of new counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant notifying this Court, in writing, on or before October 20, 2014, that she wishes to file a pro se supplemental brief, and whether she needs the transcripts of the proceedings to aid in preparation of the pro se supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appellant does not notify the Court, in writing, on or before October 20, 2014, as set forth above, the appeal will proceed on assigned counsel's brief.
