ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2014, in the above-entitled appeals is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Appeals by Michael R., and separate appeals by Jane S., from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated August 26, 2013.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed by Jane S., previously assigned Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-08509, is deemed to be a premature notice of appeal from the three orders dated August 26, 2013, and the appeals shall be prosecuted under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2013-09633, 2013-09635, 2013-09636.
