DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by William S. Gillen, counsel assigned to represent the appellant by the Family Court, Richmond County, to be relieved as counsel for the appellant, to allow the appellant to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and to assign counsel to the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 7, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before October 8, 2014, upon proper papers, including proof of service upon the appellant at his last known address.
