Haney, Esq., sworn to August 20, 2014, the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Thomas J. It is hereby ORDERED that appellant's motion insofar as it seeks to expedite the appeals is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that respondents Resolution Management, LLC, Arena Development, LLC, Robert J. Goodyear, and Neaverth Enterprises, LLC's cross motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondents' brief is granted on condition that the brief is filed and served on or before October 21, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
