ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 5, 2014, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 24, 2012, and April 2, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 20, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "September 22, 2014."
