| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated March 20, 2014, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2014, which, inter alia, stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2014, is amended by adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof after the words "determination of the appeal", the words "except that the sum of $6,610 of estate funds may be used to pay the renewal premium on the Guardian Bond issued by Hanover Insurance Company."
