Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 21, 2013, and November 18, 2013, respectively, for leave to withdraw the reply brief she previously served and filed and for leave to serve and file a replacement reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's reply brief is deemed withdrawn, and on or before October 7, 2014, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement reply brief.
