Motion by Bernadette M. Lynch for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 14, 2014, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 3, 2013, for poor person relief, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 8022[b]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
