Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties dated September 8, 2014, it is,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 17, 2014, as stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled action and directed that restraints against certain funds remain in place is vacated forthwith.
